Ein langer unbewegter Blick auf eine Fremdheit in doppelter Hinsicht. Geographisch weit entfernt, paradigmatisch noch viel weiter. Mit Unverständnis aber stoischer Neugier versucht sich die Betrachterin objektiv der Fremde zu nähern, kann jedoch auf Grund der eigenen Sozialisierung nur aus ihr heraus deklarieren und benennen. Umweltpolitische Ereignisse sind ihr keine Hilfe. Blank erhielt eine Lobende Erwähnung auf dem "REC Internationales Junges Filmfestival" 2011 in Berlin.

A long deadpan view on strangeness in two respects. Geographically far of, much further paradigmwise. With incomprehension but stoic curiosity, the observer tries to approach the foreignness objectively. Though in the end, she will only be able to declare and nominate based on her own socialisation. Enviromental events are not of any help. Blank received an honorary mention at the 2011 REC young media festival in Berlin.
